On August 8, 2025, Ben Stein, General Partner, and Dan Quintero, Managing Partner at Cartography Capital, presented their global investment strategy at the Cartography VC Co-investment Atrium. They highlighted Cartography’s differentiated model combining diversification, early liquidity, and direct co-investment opportunities. With a 56% IRR and a portfolio structured to balance risk and return, their presentation drew strong interest from investors seeking high-performing, carefully constructed opportunities. In this video, Ben and Dan reflect on how the Atrium provided a trusted platform to share results, engage with aligned investors, and accelerate momentum around their current fundraising efforts.

Reflecting on the private session, Dan highlighted the caliber of the attendees, stating, "One of the most useful parts of the session and the follow-ups was actually the quality of the participants. They've really helped push our thinking in a number of bounds, asked great and very hard questions, and seem to really understand our model and why we're shaping it the way we are." He added that the entire group has since been "highly responsive to our outreach, to our sharing our data rooms and things like that."
Highlighting the alignment with their quiet fund strategy, Ben shared, "We appreciate the privacy, I think, of what we did. For us, it's about getting in front of a very selective and very unique audience that understands what we're doing, and is ready to share in the risk taken with Dan and myself." The platform offered immediate cross-border engagement, with Ben noting, "What I especially appreciated about the group of folks that we brought on was, one, global access. So we were able to talk to multiple folks in multiple countries at once and get global feedback from multiple folks on how they perceived our strategy..." Looking beyond immediate fundraising toward building a long-term strategic ecosystem, Ben concluded, "Having access to GILC will allow us to really almost sell sovereign supply chains and technology development and physical assets... And now we have a global community around us that's able, ready, and willing to engage with us."
