Adiraj’s passion lies in creating and running startup experiments to exploring a spectrum of opportunities and industries these include financial markets, banking, finance, payments, blockchain, healthcare and any tech that changes our future as a species. Adiraj is funding and developing a not for profit financial infrastructure venture which aims to create a connected financial system that can enable impact to flow and be delivered at scale. He is also supporting nation-states around the world in building economies using technology, communications, investment and infrastructure projects. Adiraj is also working with his team on developing a new model for Kiwisaver in New Zealand and its aiming to go live by 2020. In a normal week Adiraj meets with 10-30 companies a week, in all sectors and industries and now has a portfolio of more than 70 companies with a collective valuation of over 1.5 billion USD which he has access to that he can do deals with and this portfolio increases every week. Currently, Adiraj is the CEO of Crypto Launchpad, a Blockchain Due Diligence company that provides Independent Due Diligence and Listing services to ICO’s/ STO's and other currencies in the Blockchain space. His key role in this organization is to build it up as a well-functioning machine, creating partnerships and deal flow while deploying capital for the firm and providing a much-needed service for this space. Adiraj worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence for The Strategist where he provided growth and innovation support to clients of the firm as well as identifying and selecting investment opportunities for the firm to be investing in across multiple sectors and industries. He is now working with his own family business and a range of HNW investors & families on replicating this model. He also founded a Web development company turned Digital Marketing consultancy YG Limited which he has exited. Adiraj finished his COO role in Liberac a Fintech startup in the Kiwibank Fintech Accelerator program run by Lightning Lab looking at Blockchain to do cross-border payments and reduce the cost of remittance for the Pacific Islands. He has a keen interest in Fintech, Blockchain & payments in particular. Adiraj comes from two big families in India where his grandparents still run the family office and businesses however as an active nextgen he supports the family with investment opportunities.
